Occupy Ottawa started today, it's a giant movement, began by the Vancouver adbusters group, started on Wall Street and has spread to most major cities world wide :) Down with corporate greed. We need a government that cares for communities not corporations. Why are 1 in 5 Canadian children going to school hungry every day? While billions of dollars are being wasted.Anyways, sending love to all those brave enough to exercise their right to assembly, freedom of speech, and protest :) Happy I could be a tiny part of it today.
It was very intense, there was a lot of solidarity and true democracy and team work today.
